Court Protection Executive

Salary : £20000 – £30000/annum
Our client is looking for an Court Protection Executive to join their team in Wirral.
We are looking for an experienced/qualified Court of Protection Executive to manage a caseload of professional and lay deputyship clients from application to dealing with the administration of the Deputyship. This will include taking appropriate decisions involving exercise of judgment.

Key Responsibilities:
The job holder will be expected to provide advice regarding the Court of Protection to union clients via the free legal advice service as well as liaising with case managers, carers, clients and their families. Assisting and carrying out work on other team members' cases when required will also be involved.
The job holder will play an important role in the team in helping to achieve the team’s objectives and in fostering team spirit.
Skills and Experience:
The job holder will require a “can do” attitude with an ability to work pro actively. They will have good theoretical knowledge of the work, strong organisational skills and be a confident communicator with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
