Ark Search are currently working with a leading regional high street practice in Durham who is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join them and head up their department.
Job Duties:
* Managing a caseload of noncontentious private client caseload consisting of wills, trusts and estate matters
* Dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorneys and Court of Protection matters
* Responsible for the day to day running of the department
About You:
* The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE with experience managing a private client caseload
* Applications will be considered by candidates with experience running a department and also from candidates looking to make that step up
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000+ (DOE)
