The role
A fantastic opportunity has come available for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the Litigation team in either Kingsbridge or Totnes.
You will be given the opportunity to run your own case load dealing in a variety of interesting and challenging matters, covering all aspects of general civil litigation (excluding family law). You will be working with and be supported by a Partner/Head of Department. You will be dealing with contentious probate, property disputes, personal injury cases, and much more. There is scope to grow in this role and to progress your career.
This is a permanent, full time position Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with flexibility between two locations. Consideration will also be given to someone who would like to work part-time.
The Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/qualities:
* A qualified and experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with either a minimum of 5 years PQE/equivalent or alternatively someone with at least 2 years who can demonstrate ambition and the technical expertise required for the role.
* An ambitious and highly organised individual.
* The ability to work well as a team as well as individually.
* Excellent client care.
* Commercial awareness.
