Ark Search are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a L500 ranked private practice in Newcastle who are looking for a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join as a Partner/Legal Director and strengthen their management team.

Duties will include:

* Taking a leading role within the already hugely successful corporate department

* Dealing with a wide range of high quality corporate commercial matters to include but not limited to M&As, commercial contracts and shareholder agreements

* Driving the department forward and being port of call for queries from both clients and colleagues

* Supervise and develop junior members of staff

Applications will be considered by Qualified Solicitors with extensive background in Corporate Law. The successful candidate will be a Qualified Corporate Solicitor with 10 years + PQE, ideally already with previous Partnership/Legal Director experience or experienced in running a Corporate department. Applications will be considered outside of these parameters with from Senior Solicitors looking to make the next step in their career.

This role can be either full time or part time and there is remote/hybrid working available.

Salary: Competitive + DOE
