Senior Corporate Solicitor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £70000 – £80000/annum
My client is searching for a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join their London offices.
Responsibilities:
• Work on a range of transactional matters, spanning private M&A, capital market initial and secondary offerings, venture capital based transactions acting company and investor side.
• General corporate matters including drafting Shareholders Agreements and associated articles of association.
• Preparing key ancillary documents such as disclosure letters relating to the buying and selling of business entities
• Dealing with exchange and completion formalities in a variety of transactions; and assisting with the general in-house legal needs of a retained client that is FCA authorised; and client business development and marketing.
Requirements:
• 4+ Years PQE
• Commercial / Commercial Litigation experience is essential in this role
• You will be Qualified to practice as a Solicitor in England and Wales
• Ideally you will have worked in a commercial litigation environment with exposure to commercial and contract law
• Ability to conduct extensive research and having a detail-oriented approach
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Highly motivated and reliable individual
• Ability to make sound judgements
