Private Client Lawyer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £28000 – £45000/annum
Eventus Legal are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join a successful law firm based in Nottinghamshire. This is a permanent, full-time role. Benefits include a bonus scheme, long service awards and annual salary reviews.
Role Responsibilities
The incoming Private Client Solicitor will be responsible for dealing with an existing caseload of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, assisting with the administration of estates, trusts, and Court of Protection Deputyships
Person Specification
The incoming Family Solicitor will have experience in dealing with all types of family law matters. Importantly, the firm would prefer the candidate have the following desired experience.
* Be a qualified solicitor or experienced Legal executive.
* Wide range of private client experience
* Be technically competent.
* Have excellent client care skills and the ability to manage client’s expectations.
* Be proactive with good interpersonal skills.
* Have good organisational skills with the ability to remain compliant with the firm’s policies and working practices.
* Business development focused.
