West Sussex practice seeks Conveyancing Solicitor, Conveyancing CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer to oversee existing caseload of Conveyancing matters. You will be taking over from a retiring Partner dealing with residential sales/purchases, re-mortgages, equity transfers, shared ownerships, RTBs and plot sales/purchases. Any additional experience with commercial property including transfers, business leases, licensing, development or general commercial work would be an advantage.
