Litigation Solicitor

Salary :
Our client requires a full-time litigation solicitor to work within their long-established but progressive Firm in Kingston upon Thames. They want the candidate to uphold their existing standards and someone who care about their staff and clients.
Expertise:
* Minimum 2 years PQE
* Property litigation experience to include both commercial and residential service charge disputes, section 20 consultation, possession claims, 1993 Act lease extensions, boundary disputes, 1954 Act lease renewals.
* Broad range of civil litigation claims and debt recovery.
* Building disputes (excluding Arbitration)
Skills:
The successful candidate will be able to manage a busy case load and work independently. They will have a flair for business development, excellent interpersonal skills, be a good listener, numerate, IT proficient and highly commercial.
Salary and Perquisites:
Salary dependent upon experience plus Private Health Care (subject to qualifying conditions), a bonus based on fees earned and paid exceeding prescribed targets, and an introductory bonus scheme for new work introduced to the Firm
