Residential Conveyancer

Salary :
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our conveyancing department at our law firm in Chichester. This position is full-time (Mon-Fri, 9-4.30 with a 1/2 hour for lunch) but part-time applications are also welcomed (please specify your suggested days / hours of work).
Duties include:
-Handle own caseload (with support – each conveyancer has their own member of support staff to assist you) on these matters:
Freehold and Leasehold Purchases and Sales, Re-mortgages, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership to include Staircasing, New Build Property (inc Help to Buy), Lease Extensions, Leasehold Enfranchisement, Equity Release.
-Redbrick case management system is used by all the conveyancing department.
-Business development: Building good relations and regular communications with local estate agents and contacts.
-CQS update training / Anti-money Laundering training given; webinar / course updates.

Our holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum and increases after 2 full years by 1 day per year to a maximum of 30 days; we also close the office over the Christmas break and this period is fully paid (whether a Bank Holiday or a day of work, no need to use your holiday).
