In-house Commercial and Legal Associate Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE sought for a leading firm in Greater Manchester offering hybrid working arrangements.
Are you a solicitor with keen interest in construction and engineering matters? Our client, a bespoke firm in Manchester, is seeking a talented In-house Commercial and Legal Associate Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis. You will contribute to the mitigation of commercial and contractual risks associated with their global portfolio of projects, whilst ensuring excellent performance at all times.

Responsibilities
Handling a range of contractual documents
Consultancy and sub-consultancy agreements
Advising on live contract management
Dispute avoidance and dispute management
Ensuring relevant corporate governance rules are adhered to
Advising on operation of contracts and legal frameworks
Assisting with claims and disputes
Developing and implementing new systems and procedures
Assisting with trainingThe Candidate
Solicitors with at least 2 years’ PQE in company commercial
Previous experience in construction and engineering law is highly advantageous
Excellent communication and client care skills
Able to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
Has great contract drafting and negotiation skillsThe Firm
