INTERIM CONTRACTS MANAGER FOR IMMEDIATE START – FULLY REMOTE WORKING 6 MONTHS TO 12 MONTHS
Lawyers with commercial contracts expertise sought on a full time basis for a national client fully remote working.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor or legal counsel to play a key role in a busy commercial contracts team. Utilising your skills and expertise, the successful lawyer will manage a demanding and fast-paced workload, providing commercial contracts support with minimal or no supervision. Additionally, the successful lawyer will pride themselves on maintaining the clients excellence reputation for client care and service.

Responsibilities
Commercial research contracts support
Data processing agreements
Ensuring compliance
Marking up and negotiating external and internal term contracts
Non-disclosure agreements
Reviewing and updating terms and conditions
Third party supplier agreements
Liaising with private sector clientsThe Candidate
Solicitors or legal counsel with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE with solid exposure to drafting complex contracts
Technical proficiency in commercial contract matters is a pre-requisite
Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
Highly organised, able to manage a demanding workload
Demonstrates strong drafting and negotiating skills
Has a keen eye for detail
Seeking a full time, 6 or possibly 12 month contract position
You’ll be capable of expressing complicated ideas, dealing with people at all levels and influencing others. and have excellent leadership skills.The Client
