The ideal candidate would be at least 1-year PQE+ with a strong academic background and would be for someone who is looking to join a highly skilled team to further develop their expertise in Corporate/Commercial Law and to further progress their career.

The role will require:

* Competence in handling Corporate Commercial matters.

* The ability to build and manage an existing caseload, work under pressure to tight deadlines and be very self-motivated.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client care.

* Excellent communications skills.
