Residential Conveyancer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £23000 – £45000/annum
Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancer with experience to join a successful, expanding team based in Hartlepool. This is a full-time, permanent role. However, the firm would consider applications for part-time. Benefits include professional development and an excellent working environment.
Role Responsibilities
The incoming Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for progressing your own caseload of files, mainly sale and purchase (along with all associated matters). This is an exciting opportunity to run a manageable, non-volume, non-panel caseload.
Person Specification
The incoming Residential Conveyancer will have excellent knowledge in Residential Conveyancing matters and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in running their own caseload. Importantly, the candidate will also be able to display:
* Good interpersonal and organisational skills
* Ability to organise and prioritise your workload within the required timescales
* Good I.T skills
* Experience in running purchase files and carrying out own title checks is essential
