Commercial Solicitor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £60000 – £90000/annum Salary Negotiable/DOE
Our client is excellent legal top 100 law firm, with offices in South Wales & Hampshire either of which can be worked out of for this role. They are currently recruiting for a Commercial Solicitor in the Commercial arm of their Corporate & Commercial team. The law firm works with their own clients of all sizes including small-medium businesses and large multinational corporations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern, supportive, and ambitious leading Law firm in a Senior Commercial Solicitor position in commercial law.
The individual will aid businesses and organisations across Private, Public and third sector in:
* Contract law
* Public procurement
* Technology law
* Intellectual property
* Data protection
* Charities
Required experience and skills:
* 2+ years PQE, for relatively junior solicitors, OR very experienced solicitors and will accommodate caseload accordingly
* Good knowledge & understanding of Commercial, EU procurement, ICT & IP law
* Experience advising clients in complex matters
* Experience drafting complex contractual documentation
* Sound technical ability
* Practical & commercial
* Strong IT skills
* Enjoys networking & business development
* Personable and confident
