Conveyancing Assistant with previous experience is required by our longstanding client who has an excellent reputation for outstanding legal advice and service.

The main duties of the role will include but not be limited to:

* Dealing with sales purchases and re-mortgages
* preparing files for completion
* Issuing contract packs
* Taking instructions
* Post completion duties
* Providing cost quotations

The right candidate will have the following skills/experience:

* Extensive Conveyancing Assistant Experience
* Excellent time-management skills
* Excellent IT skills
* Has used a case management system
* Excellent client care skills
* Friendly attitude
* Can work well independently or under supervision
