Sue Ross Legal are working with a well known law firm who are looking to recruit into their expanding Complex Case Unit.

You will be handling your own caseload of litigated (with some pre-litigated), fast track cases involving fraud and low speed impact arguments.

Duties will include;

* Conducting research and analysis into claim prospects and the forensic review of evidence

* Taking and preparing detailed witness statements

* Drafting applications, letters of claim, particulars of claim, reply to defences

* Assessing complex liability and quantum

* Calculating detailed special damages and value claims

* Issuing and running complex litigation

To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience and a proven track record handling PI claims including fraud, LVI and fundamental dishonesty allegations.
