Paralegal
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £28000 – £30000/annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Paralegal to join this leading and very well established law firm based in stunning offices in the heart of the city.
The role will be working within the Real Estate and Projects team with duties as follows:
* To manage your own caseload of property sales
* To assist in relation to stair casing matters and all residential acquisitions
* To accurately provide clients with monthly invoices and progress reports on their respective property transactions
* To carry out legal research as required
* To liaise confidently with clients both on the phone and by email
* To ensure all client files are updated and archived as required
* To provide support and assistance to fee earners
* To work with limited supervision
* To follow compliance procedures in relation to the Solicitor's Accounts Rules.
The ideal candidate will be fully or part LPC qualified with some experience within the real estate practice area, ideally dealing with New Build and plot sales, although this is not essential.
