This top firm of Solicitors with offices in East Sussex are looking to recruit a part-time telephonist to be based in their Eastbourne office. The hours are 12:45pm – 5:15pm Monday to Friday, the role involves dealing with clients both on the telephone and in person, distributing internal and external post, ensuring the reception area is kept to a high standard, taking and relaying messages promptly and accurately to all members of staff, liaising with contractors and notifying Eastbourne staff when they are on the premises and when they leave, and any other tasks the maybe reasonably asked. This is a job share role there is a morning Telephonist who finishes at 1pm.
