This role will suit either an experienced professional who is looking for a new team environment, or it could suit a Conveyancer/NQ Solicitor at the start of their career.
The explosion in the property market has meant that many firms are expanding in Residential Conveyancing departments, however this company have planned their expansion as part of their business plan. So, although they have certainly benefitted from the increase in successful completions, they are still able to provide a calm, approachable and courteous service to their clients.
Quality of service is really important to the Managing Partners and for this reason the successful applicant will have a designated support person who is experienced, client focused and great with attention to detail.
The role will be busy and you will have full responsibility for the successful completion of Residential Conveyancing deals, however the Partners have decided that targets will be around service rather than numbers of completions, fees and billing – its a refreshing change!
