Salary : £40000 – £60000/annum
Commercial practice seeks Employment Law Solicitor (NQ+) to join busy and expanding department. You will be joining a team of Employment lawyers acting for a range of HNW clients which include technology start-ups, celebrities, media companies and entrepreneurs across a range of industry sectors. Experience with both contentious and non-contentious Employment Law is required which includes handling TUPE issues, drafting Staff Handbooks, Contracts of Employment, Settlement Agreements, Service Agreements and handling various discrimination and dismissal cases.
