Location: Hull – Commutable from Hessle, Ferriby, Hull, Cottingham, Brough, North Ferriby

Hours: Full time 9am – 5pm Mon – Fri

The role of Commercial Property Paralegal is best suited to an organised, motivated candidate with a dedication to provide quality service and a desire for personal development and progression.

The role of Paralegal will include:

Registering of freeholds and leaseholds, rights and noting of leases
Preparing SDLT tax calculations and submitting tax returns
Obtaining search indemnity insurance policies
Preparing initial property enquiries and issuing them to the borrower's solicitors
Obtaining Official Copies as required
Liaising with the borrower's solicitors for updates
Providing regular updates to clients
Preparing Land Registry application forms
Drafting and submitting registration applications to Land Registry and Companies House
General file management

You will need:

Good communication skills
Well organised and ability to multitask
Strong time management skills
Ability to work autonomously and also as part of a team
Good research skills
Ability to deal with clients on a personal basis
