Salary : £32000 – £35000/annum negotiable
THIS ROLE IS WORKING REMOTE 5 DAYS A WEEK – we are looking for a suitable candidate who could travel easily to Enfield possibly once a week to meet one of the partners (he lives in Enfield) for a catch up on the files. So although it's remote working you would need to be able to get to Enfield or somewhere near Enfield easily.
Fast growing Benfleet, Essex based law firm are looking to recruit a Remote Legal Executive to join their Litigation team. A training contract is on offer here for the right candidate.
Our client is looking for a full time CILEX Legal Executive for their expanding Litigation & Private Client team. You must have experience of running your own caseload of Litigation files.
The ideal candidate must be self motivated, able to work as part of a team and independently, is able to source own work as required. There is enough work to get you started but you will be required to network and add to your client base.
The Legal Executive role is split between civil litigation and making applications to the Court of Protection, drafting lasting powers of attorney, where appropriate wills and trusts.
Current matters include; breach of contracts, damage claims, negligence and community care law disputes. A number of their clients lack mental capacity and need applications made to the Court of Protection to manage their finances or other arising issues relating to their incapacity.
Legal Executive:
Full-time hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, working from home.
