Salary : £20000 – £26000/annum

One of our London based law firm clients is looking to hire a new Filing Administrator on a permanent basis. This role will sit in the centralised Business Services Centre (BSC) and is office-based Monday to Friday, in Central London.
The role will mainly involve scheduling of deeds and preparing and sending documents to the Records Management department to be put into storage offsite. You will work closely with secretaries, EAs and other staff members to ensure this is carried out accurately and punctually. BSC administrators work with all the practice groups, so they would get exposure to a range of legal departments. As well as general document management the candidate may be required to deal with and organise datasites. All duties must be carried out with excellent service to internal and external stakeholders of the firm and high standards and quality of service must be maintained. Previous administrative experience and the ability to manage busy workloads would be an advantage.
The standard hours for this role are a 7-hour day between 8:30am- 6pm with a 1 hour lunch break. The salary for this role will be up to £26,000 plus excellent employee benefits
