Elite Search Associates are delighted to be working alongside a reputable and well-established cost firm, who have offices based both in Leeds and Manchester.
Experience
* Knowledge of how Housing Disrepair protocol works
* Be competent at drafting Points of Dispute
* Be competent at assessing quantum or Housing Disrepair matters
* Be able to run their own caseload in Housing Disrepair matter
* Have the ability to negotiate and advise on interim payments
This is a full time/ permanent opportunity.
This role will be based at our client’s office in Manchester however once the successful applicant is fully up to speed, our client is happy for the role to be remote based.
Remuneration
* Salary – £30k-£35k
* Normal working hours will be 37.5 per week to be worked Monday – Friday,
9am – 5.30pm
* 28 days holiday during each holiday year, includes 8 public holidays
