Salary : £11.50 – £12.50/hour

We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client a Learner Engagement Officer to join their existing team on a temp to perm basis.

The main scope of the position will be to support with learner engagement, providing information and guidance on the client's services, engaging with applicants for advertised training programmes / apprenticeships and providing the relevant information and booking them onto the training, engaging with external referral partners to attract learner referrals, and maintaining well organised, up-to-date, and accurate information and activity report.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of either the training or recruitment sectors, confident telephone manner, good customer service and relationship skills, and be driven to meet and exceed targets.
