An exciting opportunity has arisen on behalf of our client in Birmingham, we are recruiting for a kitchen manager to put their own team together and run their own kitchen at a vibrant independent restaurant! The restaurant will be inspired by the flavours of South America! As a Kitchen Manager you’ll need to have:
Essential:

2 years’ experience as a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef
Team management experience
Passion for food
Composed and with a high level of attention to detail
Good level of numeracy
Level 3 food hygiene and a branded background desired but not essentialDetails of Kitchen Manager:

Pay rate: up to £32,000 per annum
Start Date: To be confirmed
Hours: 48 hours per week – mix
Location: Birmingham
Duration: PermRole of Kitchen Manager:

Day-to-day running and development of the kitchen
Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
Cost control, stock rotation and waste management
Following and developing food specifications
Confidently helping the development of other kitchen members
Health and safety and food hygiene practices, able to adhere to and exceed all food safety regulations and be fastidious regarding standards of the kitchenBenefits of Kitchen Manager:
