This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and extremely reputable care company as a Kitchen Manager. Working as part of a team of skilled chefs you will be responsible for the day to day culinary operations within a professional kitchen and leading a team of chefs.
The Role:
* The Kitchen Manager responsible for the day-to-day culinary operations of our professional kitchen.
* Preparing fresh ingredients
* Creation of menu for customers with staged diets
* Carrying out cleaning tasks and documenting all good and fridge tempratures
* Stock control management
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working as a chef is essential
* Minimum NVQ Level 3 / City in Guilds
* The ability to cook with fresh produce from scratch
