Join this leading creative events agency as a Junior Project Manager where you will have a pivotal role in supporting in delivering large scale events and brand activations for their clients within the drinks, lifestyle and luxury sectors.
The Company
This is an innovative and creative agency which specialises in delivering events, conferences, installations and press launches across a live, hybrid and virtual setting. Due to recent expansion, they are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their team and work with the project teams to support on the delivery of a range of events.
The Role
This is an exciting role where you will work with key clients delivering a range of exciting and creative events.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Assisting the project teams in the coordination of projects internally
Assisting with client briefs and proposals
Venue finding and location scouting
Budget management
Working on-site to manage and deliver events
Client and supplier liaison
Tracking and managing project timelines
The Candidate
This role will suit an ambitious and confident individual with a passion for events. You will be an excellent communicator and have good time management skills. This role would be suitable for a Project Coordinator looking to take the next step in thier career.
