Working to deliver a range of food options across hospitality & retail at one of London's most prestigious football clubs at Kingsmeadow, home stadium for acclaimed Women's team & Development squad. As Kingsmeadow junior sous chef you will be responsible for ensuring all dishes are produced and served in accordance with Levy's food safety management system, along with complying to health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times.

This role is a hands on, requiring a positive attitude with an attention for detail.

Operational
To assist the Head Chef in the day to day running of Kingsmeadow Stadium & Stamford Bridge Stadium events.
To deputize fully in the Head Chef absence
Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen
Online purchasing system, working closely with our purchasing team and Venues Head Chef
Oversee culinary element of retail units at Stadium on match days
Improving sales and footfall with seasonal on trend menus
Work alongside team nutritionists to produce meals in line with players requirements & needs
Producing menus and new dishes with specification, recipe and costing cards. Menus to be in line with Levy's vision and ethos on food. Seasonal. Sustainable. Locally sourced where possible
Enhancing and developing the team
Monitoring stock levels along with monthly stock takes
Aim for a zero-food waste kitchen Person Specification
Must be a good cook and passionate about food and improving GP
Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
Creative in thinking and approach
Exemplary communication skills and ability to liaise with clients
Strong organisational skills
Good leadership skills
Proven experience as Sous chef or Senior CDP
Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
