Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £24000 – £26000/annum 25 days holiday, pension

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join an existing team providing remote and onsite technical support to users within head office (CODA Financials / Office 365) and specialist schools across the UK and overseas.
You will be joining a highly motivated and friendly team who provide a high quality service. All incidents will need to be managed, resolving queries in the first instance where possible, escalating others to the team leader. Good customer service skills and a team approach to service delivery are paramount to your success.
Whilst the role is mostly on the Helpdesk there is a large project to migrate schools to a new network so it is all hands to the deck as everyone is helping out and going to sites in teams of 2 to swap out hardware and Wireless Access Points (full training given – no previous experience is necessary).
Skills required:
* General software application support and a desire to learn more technical support skills
* HR and Payroll software
* Microsoft Office 365
* Microsoft SharePoint
* Accounting Software such as CODA, Xero or similar financial software
* A passion for problem solving
Additional skills within general technical support is advantageous. Excellent customer facing skills, telephone manner and dedication to quality of service and working as a team is essential.
Please note that this is an urgent requirement and presents a genuine career opportunity with a growing organisation. The service desk covers 8am to 6pm and this is a 37.5 hr working week within those hours. Flexible working is offered
