Salary : £50000 – £55000/annum Project Bonus+Healthcare+Pension

My client requires an Intermediate/ Quantity Surveyor who has previous experience working on Rail or London Underground projects to join their business on a permanent basis based with a small team in London Bridge.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Intermediate/ Quantity Surveyor to be involved with an extremely established Tier 1 who works on framework projects in London.
My client manages a number of projects on a prestigious framework agreement which crosses a number of different disciplines.
My client has 80 + engineers tackling these works and packaging out a very small amount of specialised works while pricing up new works as they come through.
They need someone on board who is looking for an opportunity to progress within the team learning on the job in a fast but friendly atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Measurement, valuation and agreement of sub-contract accounts.
• Assistance in identification of potential risks and opportunities on projects.
• Assistance in preparation of project budgets.
• Assistance in the selection of sub-contractors to undertake the works and subsequent appointment.
• Preparation of monthly cost and value reports and reconciliation.
• Preparation and continual development of Cash Flow Forecasts.
• Management and agreement of change both pre and post contract.
Starting salary for this role is £50,000 – 55,000 + project bonus + pension etc. with further opportunity for career progression.
