MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a HR Manager to join a dynamic and growing manufacturing business in the agricultural sector. The role is best suited for an experienced stand-alone HR Manager – responsible for all aspects of HR.

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

Developing and delivering all aspects of HR
Providing a high-quality HR service
Attracting and selecting candidates who will be a good fit for the company
Ensuring employees within the company are recognised and rewarded
Develop employees to enable them to carry out their roles well
Deliver learning solutions and career opportunities
Handle all employee relations and legal matters
Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:

MCIPD or CIPD Essential
HR experience working within the manufacturing industry – preferably in the agricultural or chemical sector
Ability to deliver best practice HR plans
Stand-alone HR experience essential
Significant experience in all aspects of HR – including recruitment, employee relations, law & policies and more…
