Our client is looking for a HR Manager to join their team! Working Monday to Friday, flexibly and hybrid in Carmarthen!
THE ROLE
Responsible to the Head of Human Resources. Looking for a HR expert to join the team as HR Manager. Hybrid working environment. Required on site 3 days a week, the other two days are flexible.
Duties to Include
Support and advise managers
Responsible to Head of Human Resources
Responsible for Staff welfare, training, talent planning, advising managers.
Dealing with grievances, disciplinaries, complaints as and when they arrive. Knowledge, skills, and experience required:
CIPD level 5
Welsh speaking
HTML, Pivot and excel skills WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
£40,000 – £44,000
Monday to Friday working hours 35.75 hours per week
