Hr Administrator
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £25000/annum
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 10 MONTH CONTRACT WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION
My client, an award winning Customer Communications business, is looking for an HR Administrator to join their centralised team based in Leicester. This will be a hybrid role, working with a fabulous bunch of people!
Responsibilities:
* Manage the HR Ops mailbox to process and triage queries, escalating more complex issues to others in the Field HR team.
* Administering the recruitment email inbox, sending applications on to the relevant manager
* Post jobs on recruitment web pages, social & print media and the appropriate recruitment agency as deemed necessary.
* Adding new starters to the HR system and processing contractual change variations as required.
* Manage the data integrity of iTrent Position Management, ensuring the company
* General administration support to the HR teams
* Manage pre-employment checks
* Liaise with Payroll regarding employee remuneration and benefits in a timely manner
Experience:
* Previous HR and/or Recruitment Administration experience
* Experienced admin user of a HR system, preferably MHR iTrent
* Demonstrates good administration skills with strong attention to detail
