Principal Duties:
·Perform bed making and cleaning tasks according to the schedule provided by the Housekeeping management team.
Standards of Cleanliness and Customer Service:
·Follow the Accommodation & Housekeeping service Charter and code of conduct.
·Report any student welfare issues to the Housekeeping management team.
·Clean and service various areas, including accommodation, Fellows' sets, public spaces, meeting rooms, and offices as directed.
·Be a proactive team member, working both independently and collaboratively as needed.
·Maintain the cleaning standards set by the Housekeeping management team.
 
General Duties:
·Follow the Accommodation & Housekeeping department's dress code.
·Be punctual for all scheduled shifts.
·Flexibility to work pre-arranged overtime and weekends as required.
·Attend relevant training sessions as directed.
·Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Housekeeping management team.
