Horticultural Manager – Grower Responsibilities:

Management of the horticultural program

Overseeing the management of the plant inventory

Ensuring the quality of the plants and products

Coordinate and plan planting & harvest schedules

Manage the production forecast

Horticultural Manager – Grower  Requirements:

Experience managing a commercial greenhouse or nursery.

Good knowledge of growing techniques: (including propagation, transplanting, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control)

Knowledge of organic certification, sustainable agriculture practices, and certifications preferred.

Due to the location, you will need your own transport to be able to travel to Roydon
