The Role
You will be responsible for equipment going out for hire from start to finish making sure the process runs smoothly from start to finish for the client.
* You’ll need to assist with getting the Hire & Sales contracts completed
* Organise logistics so the equipment comes and goes efficiently
* Communicate with clients and different departments throughout the process
* Ensure all paperwork is correct and up to date
* Look after repairs while equipment is on hire
* Provide an excellent level of customer service to all clients
The Person & Skills
For this position you should be an enthusiastic and strong communicator who is motivated to go the extra mile for our customers.
* You’ll need to be able to recognise sales opportunities
* First class approach to customer interaction and be focused on achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
* Able to demonstrate good organisational skills.
* You should be able to work alongside the Warehouse & Transport departments to provide a seamless service
* Deal with raising invoices, timesheets and holiday forms
* Computer Skills will be essential for this position
The Package
* Up to £25k basic depending on experience
* Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
* Pension Contribution 8%
* 22 Days + Bank Holidays
