Head of Social Media (Organic & Paid)
Multi award winning Agency (Amongst the World’s largest suppliers of content to media outlets) are looking for someone to join them as their Head of social media.
Ideal candidate will understand native posting monetisation on Facebook and YouTube as well as knowing how to grow pages on FB, YT, IG and TikTok.
The client currently has multiple pages/verticals on each of the platforms.
You should know:
1. What the key criteria content needs to have in order to meet monetisation thresholds.
2. How to create content that will create that engagement and all-important watch time (and head up a team creating that content)
3. How to grow pages through organic methods e.g., building network relationships with third party pages, to encourage and foster cross page boosting and audience driving – times/days for posting etc
4. Know their way around Facebook Creator Studio
5. Know their way around YouTube Studio
6. Be proficient in Adobe Suite/PS/PPro etc
7. Know the importance of thumbnails and titles
8. Have full knowledge of the four platforms I mention
They should be comfortable working to targets/KPIs.
