Head of People
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary :
As the Head of people, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the executive and leadership team to develop and build their people strategy. You will join a friendly and engaged team who believe in putting people first. You will have an opportunity to make a difference in this rapidly expanding global scale up who currently have clients in 40 countries. . You will develop and deliver the people strategy, to ensure they recruit, develop and grow a happy high performing team.
You would describe yourself as someone with high EQ who is process driven. You will be an experienced HR lead with a depth of experience and knowledge across the entire HR remit. You will have a particular passion for employee experience, people development and culture. You will understand and have experience of balancing structure, process and systems within an evolving culture.
You will have a passion for tech, growth and a genuine sense of big ambition.
Responsibilities:
* Provide support and insight to the executive and leadership team in the development of their people and engagement strategies
* Translate key data into an effective and commercially focused HR and people strategy, working with senior management and influencing them on the best course of action.
* Implement and enhance systems and processes that enable the use of employee information to inform strategic and operational decision making
* Build a recognisable employer brand that runs through all aspects of the employee lifecycle and creates a great employee experience
Requirements
* Passionate about people development with a strong interest in employee engagement & personal development Excellent HR skills with a passion for embedding a strong company culture throughout the organisation
* Strong commercial skills
* Strategic and operational in equal measure
* Be able to execute projects at speed
