About the candidate
* Experienced industry professional/accountant.
* Commercially astute.
* Able to demonstrate being a key influencer and negotiator.
* Strength of character to advise within the senior management team and beyond.
* A strong leader confident to oversee a small team of 4
* Able to head up and steer finance related projects (eg the introduction of a new payroll system).
* Extensive payroll experience.
* Wide ranging finance experience ideally including costings.
* Ideally with a relevant finance qualification eg ACA, ACCA, CIMA or MAAT (desirable but not essential; QBE will also be considered).
