Salary : £110000 – £130000/annum + bonus, medical, pension and more
The Company
A boutique wealth/asset management firm based in the City. They’re a multi-product business with a strong portfolio of clients ranging from HNWIs to corporates and institutions. Their current AuM is valued at over £1 billion with less than 100 employees.
You’ll join a dynamic, business-first environment that continues to evolve in a challenging market.
The business currently follows 2-days per week in the office and 3-days remote.
The Role
We are currently looking for a Head of Finance to join the senior leadership team.
This is a fantastic opportunity that offers full control of the group finance department.
You’ll strategise, shape and influence how the team operate on a day-to-day basis, covering management account oversight, regulatory change, FP&A and processes/reporting.
It’s a diverse role that requires exceptional people management skills as well as frequent interaction with the front office. The team is currently made up of 6 people all at varying ability.
What experience you’ll need;
* ACA or CIMA qualification and preferably 5 years (minimum) PQE.
* Strong experience in management reporting, including preparation of monthly management accounts and overseeing processes such as month and year-end.
* Proven experience in managing teams and preferably within the wealth/asset management sector.
* Experience in management reporting, including preparation of monthly management accounts and statutory accounts.
* Experience in budgeting, forecasting, regulatory capital and tax.
* Strong communication skills combined with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
