As a Head of Culinary, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of the company's healthy and delicious menu. You will focus on delivering the highest quality food whilst having the initiative, creativity and attention to detail to make school meal times interesting whilst demonstrating an understanding of financial, operational and consumer requirements
Main Responsibilities
* Developing the food offer across the Company
* Developing the look and feel of food and implementing these standards
* Sales support presentations
* Menu development
* Recipe development
* Innovation
* Operations support
* Delivering of added value events
* Lead on hospitality
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for somebody who currently works in a development or senior culinary role and can demonstrate creativity and flair in the food you produce. With a passion for the industry, you keep up to date with industry trends, developments and innovations.
* A natural positive leader who can demonstrate great teamwork
* An ability to demonstrate a strong knowledge and experience in business related finances, including budgets and costs
* Exceptional customer service skills and emotional intelligence
* You have working in a compliance led environment previously, and understand the importance of following policies and procedures
