Head Chef/Chef Manager
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £27000 – £29000/annum
NRL are looking for a Head Chef/Chef Manager to work for one of our leading clients based in the Nuclear sector on a temp to perm basis.
Ideal candidates will be expected to carry out the management and organisation of the catering team, ensuring correct standards are maintained throughout the canteen and kitchen areas. Other daily duties include the following:
– Managing a team of chefs
– Supporting with ad hoc chef duties
– Ensuring consistent delivery of good quality food
– Ordering, maintaining and controlling food stock
– Handling the time sheets of your team
The right applicant will be able to demonstrate good communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative and within a team environment.
Rates of pay for this role range from £27,000 to £29,000 per annum, and requires working Monday to Friday for 35 hours a week.
Due to the nature of this site, the successful candidate will need to undergo security clearance and a drug and alcohol test before gaining access to the site.
