Head Chef
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £40000 – £45000/annum
Head chef (live in available) required for a fresh food kitchen in the lakes, £40-45k, cooking at a rosette level, the food standards are fantastic and using a great range of dishes. This head chef position covers all the normal head chef duties, live in. This is a great opportunity to work for a kitchen that is not branded and is all fresh food and you have full control on your menu.
The role
We are looking for a head chef to run the kitchen, you will create menus in keeping with the area and establishment, you will work with suppliers for creating great menus and source produce, you will train your team, ensure GPs are met and do the rotas. on the day you will ensure each section is ready for service and manage the pass in service. this role will include all the standard head chef duties.
Experience
we are looking for a head chef from a fresh food background, able to train a team and manage the team. you will either be a current head chef or a senior sous chef looking to step up. They have live in accommodation available if your looking to relocate. You will be able to manage GPs, menu writing suppliers and training
