Groundworker with Dumper and Roller

Global Highland is seeking a skilled and experienced Ground Worker with Dumper and Roller tickets to join the team in Braemore, Garve. With a commitment to delivering high-quality projects, we are looking for a dedicated individual who share our passion for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting ground preparation activities, including excavation, grading, and levelling.
Operating heavy machinery, specifically dumpers and rollers, in a safe and efficient manner.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
Assisting with the installation of utilities, drainage systems, and other groundwork tasks.
Collaborating with the construction team to achieve project objectives within specified timelines.
Performing routine equipment maintenance and reporting any faults or issues.
Requirements:
Valid and up-to-date Dumper and Roller tickets.
Valid and up-to-date CSCS card.
Proven experience as a Ground Worker in the construction industry.
A valid driving license is essential.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Ability to operate heavy machinery with precision and care.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks
