The Opportunity:
Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping green spaces beautiful? We're seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to lead our team. As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ outdoor areas are well-maintained and inviting for all.
As a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader your responsibilities will include the following:
• Supervise and lead a team of grounds maintenance workers.
• Coordinate daily tasks and schedules to ensure efficient completion of landscaping and groundskeeping projects.
• Perform hands-on work alongside the team, including mowing, trimming, planting, and general landscaping duties.
• Train new team members on proper techniques and safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory and equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and management to address any concerns or requests.
We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader who has the following skills and qualifications:
• Full UK Driver’s License is Essential
• NVQ is Preferred
• Experience in Grounds Maintenance is Essential
• Experience in High end sites is Essential
