Graphic and Marketing Designer
Would you be interested in working in an expanding in-house marketing team? If you are, we have a great opportunity for someone to get involved in activities across both a brand, as well as the wider parent group.
Based in their offices in Manchester (M8 postcode area / easily accessible from city centre), it’ll be a chance to get involved at a really exciting time, with emphasis on their growing client and target markets.
What you’ll be doing / getting involved in:
* Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be involved in ensuring that the correct process is followed for every design project, from concept to completion.
* Ensure that clear briefs for projects are followed through on, available and understood by non-design experienced colleagues within the business, as well as key stakeholders.
* Work with and advise on design style, format, print production and project timescales.
* Collaborate with Head of Marketing to design and deliver a wide range of materials including brochures, landing pages, emails, print adverts and online collateral.
* Liaise with external printers to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
What you can bring to the role/team/business:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an in-house creative department or creative agency.
* High-level of familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
* Experience with Adobe AfterEffects an advantage.
* Exceptional creativity and innovation.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* A perfectionist with a keen eye for detail – watch that kerning!
* Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
* Most importantly, a team-player who knows the importance of communication.
