Position:                     General Manager

Salary:                        Up to £40,000 and more!!

Location:                    Birmingham

This company is all about breaking out the drinks/food menu, having fun in the venue, not just about drinks but about making the customers experience VERY creative, if you would like to work in a company that would really let you have a creative side then this could be for you….

This role is to over see two pubs, both offering a great vibe and atmosphere, your change to step into multisite management and lead these two sites, with maybe more in the future.

The Ideal General Manager

Experience in fast placed pub/bar with a thriving food business
Work to help to build the business as your own
Guest obsessed, always aiming to exceed customer expectations
Committed to training and developing a team
At least 3 years’ experience in a general management role
Proficient in stock management budgeting, P&L control and venue marketing
