The Opportunity:

As a Foreman your responsibilities will include the following:
* Directing and supervising the work of landscaping crews.
* Assigning tasks to crew members based on skills, experience, and project requirements.
* Collaborating with the landscape designer or project manager to understand project plans and specifications.
* Translating project plans into actionable tasks for the crew.
* Operating and overseeing the use of landscaping equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and excavators.
* Ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
* Monitoring work progress to ensure that it aligns with project specifications and quality standards.
* Conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
* Managing work schedules and timelines to ensure that projects are completed on time.
* Serving as a liaison between the crew and project management.
* Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all crew members adhere to safety regulations.
* Conducting regular safety meetings and addressing any safety concerns.
* Overseeing the handling and use of materials, ensuring efficient use, and minimizing waste.
* Coordinating material deliveries and managing inventory as needed.
* Identifying and addressing challenges or obstacles that may arise during a project.
* Collaborating with project management to find solutions to issues that may impact the workflow.
* Interacting with clients as needed, providing updates on project progress, and addressing any concerns.
We are looking for a Foreman who has the following skills and qualifications:
* Full UK Driver’s License (Essential)
* Experience as a Foreman in the Landscape Sector
* PA1 & PA6, NVQ, CSCS (Essential)
