What you'll be doing:

Are you a team player with a passion for food and people? Do you thrive in a busy environment? If so, then we are looking for someone just like you to help us deliver exceptional customer experience for Restaurant Associates on a part time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.

To work in and be a part of the team in all aspects the catering business within the venue in accordance with and to the standards required by Compass Group UK & Ireland and the client. To provide a great quality coffee and hospitality service as required.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Prepare top quality hot beverages
Understand and deliver all contractual terms.
Communicate proactively with the client and day visitors and to build a solid relationship to aid future retention and business.
Always promote the venue and act as a Compass advocate.
To attended structured team meetings.
To deliver product and service that meets and exceeds customer expectation.
Actively encourage and use feedback to build action plans for continuous improvement. Who you are:

Our ideal General Assistant will:
Team are supported, trained, coached and developed.
Complete coaching and regular PDRs with all direct reports.
To communicate effectively all elements of the business with the entire team.
Ensure everyone is trained and adheres to all H&S and FS policies.
